Places

I live just on the southern edge of the Lake District in Cumbria, if you know where to go, there are still places where the only life you will see is the birds in the sky and the sheep on the fells. I like to paint areas nearby to where I live. We are lucky to have some beautiful stone circles and they often feature in my work. I try to visit Scotland as often as I can, especially the more remote Scottish Highlands, and I often paint those as well, particularly the isolated little cottages, which I love.
